I've always loved the way light streams through a stained glass window and thought watercolor would perfectly capture the ambience of such a scene. These little windows are my interpretation of the idealistic windows we often see and also the majestic Montana wilderness.
*Foot note: the tree of life painting was inspired by a solitary Elderberry tree growing in the middle of the forest that I found on one of my outings. The largest Elderberry tree I've ever seen and yes we had loads of elixir and jelly that winter....smile.
